History

2014

Snow Tecnica was founded in 2014 by Meliopoulos Apostolos, with the company’s first machine being a Prinoth T4 snow groomer. The company is housed in privately owned facilities in Veria and the first services concern the snow removal of an APE construction area in a difficult mountainous area, the maintenance and repair of snowplows.
2018

In 2018, the baton is handed over to Christos Meliopoulos with the aim of developing and expanding the provided range of activities. The equipment is upgraded with the addition of an earthmoving machinery as well as a project machine with a snow blade and salt spreader.
2020

The construction of new shelters is implemented, the purchase of a new snowplow with a staff transport cabin and a snowmobile vehicle for quick access to snow-covered areas, expanding the services and the range of activities.
In addition, a crane truck is also purchased for the transport of project machinery and for the transport of materials where the use of a crane is required. The development strategy is supported by the provision of new services such as the snow removal of road networks in cooperation with the Region of Central Macedonia as well as the snow removal of a second APE construction area.
2022

The spirit of development remains intact with the company completing the purchase of 2 state-of-the-art snowplows in a bid to upgrade our services, the purchase of a second Unimog snow removal machinery with blade – wind and salt spreader and an Arctic Cat snowmobile vehicle for immediate intervention on snowed surfaces.
